introduction
NF type non-contact backstop is a high-speed anti reverse device, with non-return reliable relief operation with no clamping stagnation, non-return torque, light weight, convenient installation, etc., the comprehensive mechanical performance is significantly better than the other inverse stopping device. The internal structure of the optimization design of novel shaped wedge block, in addition to impact resistance, non-return torque outside, but also the clever use of its rotating centrifugal force: when the input shaft forward rotation speed is higher than the lowest speed, inverse check inside department work can be achieved without contact, zero wear and long service life. Widely used in the belt conveyor, bucket elevator, scraper conveyor and other equipment to reverse the requirements.
Note: the tolerance of hole for E7 to keep pushing shaft tolerance for H6; installation hole key groove size according to the GB/T1095-1979 selected, the width deviation by general key connection, N9 shaft and hub for Js9.
