One purpose
Tube type oil cooler is according to JB/Z7356-94 standards for the design and manufacture of product for metallurgy, mining, light industry, electric power, chemical department of thin oil lubricating device, hydraulic station, hydraulic equipment, oil cooled to the required temperature; working temperature of the cooler is less than or equal to 100 DEG C; viscosity grade for N10-460; but GLC viscosity is less than or equal to N100.
Two, features
This product cooling effect is good, the resistance is small, the volume is small, the weight is light, the use maintenance overhaul, belongs to the advanced level in the cooler.
GLC: heat exchange tube is made of red copper fin tube and a channel on the water side by double tube pass floating tube plate type; heat exchange coefficient > 350W/m2. DEG C
GGL: heat exchange tube with bare brass tube, a channel on the water side also adopts double tube pass floating tube plate type; heat exchange coefficient > 230W/m2. DEG C
GLL5, GLL6, GLL7 have two types of horizontal and vertical, the same technical performance. Vertical size accord with GLL-L type figure and size table.
